Joining our increasing band of Supporters Club members really couldn't be easier.

All you have to do is print out and complete the application form below and post it to the address which is listed at the bottom of this page.

Alternatively you can just hand it in to the County Club Shop at Edgeley Park along with your membership fee of £6.00 (£2.00 for under-16's).

Your membership card, with unique membership number, will be posted to you soon after.
