Jim Gannon named the starting eleven that won at Hereford last Saturday.
The County bosss made three changes on the bench, though, with Adam Proudlock, Michael Raynes and David Poole retuning in place of Paul Turnbull, Adam Griffin and Leon McSweeney.
County started the afternoon firing on all cylinders, and they should have had an early break when Liam Dickinson burst forward only for the linesman to flag for offside.
County had another golden opportunity from a corner ball, Blizzard headed down for Jason Taylor but the popular midfielder's attempt at turning and shooting resulted in him losing his footing and the ball bouncing wide. Liam Dickinson's speculative effort from 18 yards trickled wide as The Hatters pressured for an opening.
John Ruddy had to wait until the 13th minute to make a save, and when he did it barely troubled him, catching from a Peter Thorne head.
County were playing some delightful football at stages of the game. One of the best moves came when Jason Taylor fed the ball through to Tommy Rowe, who delivered a wonderful cross to Pilkington, but keeper Loach was equal to it.
Tommy Rowe was again involved when Michael Rose found the youngster in space, however Rowe ran out of space. Seconds later a great cross by Dickinson to Rowe in the box was well saved by the away keeper.
A mix up between Rowe and Dickinson in the area, saw another chance go begging as County peppered the away goal. It was very nearly an own goal though, that found the breakthrough when Eddie Johnson's flick back took a good save out of Loach.
Paul Evans powerful strike deceived the County backline at the other end, in what was a rare attack for the Yorkshire outfit.
As the seconds ebbed away, Bradford very nearly scored another own goal before Dom Blizzard's effort glanced agonisingly wide. County just didn't know what they had to do to get their noses in front.
Second Half
Bradford started off well and took the lead 8 minutes into the second half when Joe Colbeck was brought down by John Ruddy in the area. Peter Thorne converted the resulting spot-kick. County had every right to feel robbed.
Moments later Anthony Pilkington's headed effort went just over the bar, from a Logan free-kick, as County looked to get back on level terms.
The Hatters were camped in the Bradford end for much of the half, as they went in search of the goal that they so richly deserved. They had it on the 70th minute when Anthony Pilkington smashed the ball home from inside the area, following good work by Jason Taylor and then Logan on the right wing.
Jason Taylor nearly put County ahead with his turn and shot from inside the area, but the magnificent Loach was equal to it. Moments later Liam Dickinson sprung the offside trap to find himself one on one with the Bradford keeper, but his initial shot was blocked and then he ran out of ground.
The Hatters took a deserved lead on the 78th minute when Michael Rose scored a wonderful free kick from the edge of the area, following a foul on Taylor. The step over by Logan had caught the Bantams defensive wall off-guard
Liam Dickinson produced two wonderful efforts as County tried their best to finish off the game but in the end it was enough, despite a near miss from Bradford skipper David Wetherall.
