Stockport County have missed out on a bye in today's Johnstone's Paint Trophy draw.

The four clubs in the north-west section to progress straight to round two are Bury, Rochdale, Chester City and Carlisle United.

Other clubs handed byes are:

North-east: Huddersfield Town, Rotherham United, Darlington, Lincoln City

South-west: Walsall, Hereford United, Wycombe Wanderers, Cheltenham Town.

South-east: Peterborough United, Gillingham, MK Dons, Luton Town

The draw for Round One of this season's competition takes place on Sky Sports Soccer AM on Saturday 16th August, with the matches being played on the week commencing September 1.
