Jim Gannon & Peter Ward appeared at Borders in the Peel Centre last night, and were kept busy as over 200 fans turned up to meet them.

The management duo were at the event to sign copies of the excellent new County Legends book.

John Charles from Borders said: "We would like to say a big thank you to Jim Gannon, Peter Ward and the staff at Stockport County for a fantastic evening and would also say a big thank you to all the fans for being so patient on a warm evening.

"We sold more than 100 copies of the book making it Borders best seller this week.

"The event was a huge success and Borders will be looking to do more events with County in the future. Needless to say all the staff here at Borders will be 100% behind the lads on Saturday in their quest for promotion."
