STOCK FEST '08
Posted on: Thu 24 Apr 2008
Stock-Fest, last year's successful football tournament hosted by Stockport County fans' team Animo et Fide FC, returns for a second year this May.
The tournament, which will see IFA (Internet Football Association) teams from Man Utd, Hull, Rotherham, West Brom and others, will see sides compete for the Richard Harnwell Memorial Trophy.
Richard Harnwell passed away in 2005 after a long battle with MS, and all proceeds from the tournament will go towards the Multiple Sclerosis Society. It will take place on Sunday, 18th May at the Manor Farm training ground in Timperley.
