FRIENDLY RELATIONS
Our usual Tuesday trip to Manor Farm coincided with a training session for the Norwich City players ahead of their Carling Cup tie against Manchester City.
And Jim Gannon admitted he was more than happy to help the Canaries
Speaking to stockportcounty.com he said: "Norwich are playing Man City tonight and they phoned and asked if they could use our facilities.
"We have developed a good relationship with Norwich after signing Joe Lewis last season so we were happy to accommodate them.
"They had a light session and seemed to enjoy themselves and it was good to see them here and it was nice for our players to see players from a higher level coming to train at Manor Farm."
During our Tuesday chat with Jim he gives us his opinion on the managerial situation at Chelsea, his thoughts on the leading two clubs in the Championship and tells us he's looking forward to meeting Brentford boss Terry Butcher at the weekend.
