Jim Gannon was disappointed with a lack of quality in the final third after watching his side draw 1-1 at Worcester City on Tuesday night.

The Hatters boss told stockportcounty.com: "I don't really like calling these games friendlies because some of them get a bit naughty sometimes. They are more like challenge matches.

"We got through the game, though, and nobody's injured.

"It was a tough game for the boys because they put a lot of balls on top of us and we were stretched but that's what you're going to get in our division.

"But at times I thought we cut them open and with a touch of quality in the final third we'd have scored a lot more goals.

"It was a little bit disappointing because we had loads of opportunities to deliver good balls into good areas and we didn't.

"If we had done that tonight we would have won handsomely."
