Match Day Sponsorship

With only seven home League games remaining, we have been extremely successful in selling all of our main match sponsorship packages. However, we still have some opportunities for Match Programme and Shirt of the Day sponsorship, tailored for both businesses and supporters.

Shirt of the Day sponsorship gives fans a fantastic opportunity to claim the matchday shirt of their favourite player at the end of the game and also enjoy pre-match VIP Hospitality.

Expansion and Extension of the Club Shop

With the arrival of Pete Wilson to the County Commercial Team, the club shop has been the subject of a small revolution.

New stock, such as a wide range of DVD's, have been of great interest to County fans, including copies of the 96-97 season highlights and our 6-0 thumping of Wycombe Wanderers in December.

The shop will also accept any requests from fans for DVD's from particular matches.

The most exciting development, however, has been the agreement with Stockport College to allow a large part of the College shop to sell County merchandise.

We urge all County fans and particularly Stockport College students to support this initiative and to spread the word amongst your friends.

Special Guests on Saturday

For last Saturday's home game against Bury we were privileged to have a very special guest, who is a member of County's Hall of Fame.

Brett Angell, who scored that goal at Chesterfield to seal promotion to the old Division 1, presented Jennifer Wheat with the signed print of the famous goal after she claimed the highest bid from County's online auction, a phenomenal £1,025.

It was fantastic to see Brett back at EP, and it was a great moment for our sponsors and supporters.

We also welcomed four supporters from Shelbourne FC in Ireland, Jim Gannon's former team, who were receiving VIP Hospitality before the game.
